DESCRIPTION:ABOUT OUR MEETINGS\n\nAttendees are encouraged to share interesting cases.\nThey can also be cases where you feel you learned something important and feel the group might benefit from what you learned.\nThe cases need to be identified at least 1 week before the meeting in order for the moderator to:\nSchedule appropriate time for discussion\nEnsure there aren’t too many or too few cases for the available time\nEnsure that necessary AV equipment is available for your presentation\nIdentify specific discussants when appropriate\nSend an e-mail to Steven Anderson\, MD\, with your cases and/or further questions at sja@uw.edu\n\nITINERARY\n5:30 PM  –  Social/dinner\n6:15 PM  –  Case Studies and task force updates\n6:45 PM  –  Main Presentation
